Step 01 : Biochar Integration

Spread the biochar evenly over the soil or pavement surface to provide carbon-rich material that enhances stability and locks in CO₂.

Step 02: Advanced Binder Technology

Mix our accelerator fluid with our eco-friendly binder to activate the biochar and bind the materials together without the need for heat.

Our proprietary binder system activates and stabilizes materials without the need for heat-intensive production processes.
 

Step 03: In-Place Processing

Thoroughly blend and mill the biochar-emulsion mixture into the existing soil or asphalt to create a uniform, stable base.
